Mr. Winston’s brings a great deal of success to the thousands of employees and is served on a platter of sincere passion for the prevalence of justice. I have extensive experience representing several employers (including Walmart) and employees in class action litigation and before state and federal agencies. Mr. Winston also has a significant appellate experience, and has been part of litigation teams that have litigated PAY actions to the US Supreme Court.

Mr. Winston has litigated cases from inception to trial. His passion and drive has led him to having certified classes of more than 6,000 employees. I have conjured up the wisdom and expertise he has garnered from his experience as a plaintiff’s attorney and a former defense attorney to bring his clients the best results. Mr. Winston has also co-chaired two trials and obtained verdicts in favor of his clients in both matters.
